1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing access, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to use it.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Payment and access

• The Service is offered on a one-time, lifetime-access basis. Once payment is completed, you receive perpetual access to all current and future content updates.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Coupon codes are valid only during the period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 24 hours, you may request a full refund by emailing support@thesdvault.com with your order details.

After 24 hours, refunds are at our discretion and granted only in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical inability to access the Service that we cannot resolve). Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days via your original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the Service content to any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person.
• Upload, transmit, or share any content that infringes another party's intellectual property.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to interview questions, configuration scenarios, Ready Reckoner topics, daily challenges, articles, graphics, audio, video, and design — is the exclusive property of The SD Vault or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the content for your own learning purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works.

"SAP", "SAP SD", "S/4HANA", and related SAP trademarks are registered trademarks of SAP SE. The SD Vault is an independent learning platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE.

8. Content accuracy and disclaimer

We work to ensure the content on the Service is accurate, current, and useful. However, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The content will be free of errors or omissions.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.
• Use of the Service will result in any specific career outcome (e.g. job offer, interview success).
• Information will remain current as SAP releases new versions of its software.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

11. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also update or add to the content library at our discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
